This SSC movie is from 1981! It runs about 25 minutes. It is very cute and I highly recommend it. Definitely worth the money for this classic! SSC travels to Big Apple City (where she meets Orange Blossom, Lemon Meringue, and two other new friends for the first time) for a bake-off versus that Peculiar Purple Pieman from Porcupine Peak....rata-rata-rata-tat-tah!

This movie is terrific! Children love it, and older teens will remember it from their childhood. Strawberry and her friends paint a picture of a wonderful non violent world where all you have to worry about is the Purple Pieman, who's plans are always foiled by the wonderful Ms. Shortcake. This video is one of my favorites.

i have been watching this movie for years and i think it is great. anyone who grew up watching strawberry shortvcake will love this movie
