Strawberry Retro Shortcake Adorable
This doll is beautifully constructed, with embroidered!!! features and the original Strawberry Shortcake clothing and hat. We placed it in the Christmas tree for my grandchild and it was the very first thing she noticed and then exclaimed, "Strawberry girl!!! Oh, Grandma!!" She reached for it, cuddled into the sofa and that was the end of her interest in the other...

Just okay
This doll was not especially well made. It will hold up for a child careful with toys but certainly not for a "rough and ready" child. I would look further next time.

This doll is beautifully constructed, with embroidered!!! features and the original Strawberry Shortcake clothing and hat. We placed it in the Christmas tree for my grandchild and it was the very first thing she noticed and then exclaimed, "Strawberry girl!!! Oh, Grandma!!" She reached for it, cuddled into the sofa and that was the end of her interest in the other gifts for about twenty minutes. The doll is perfect for sleeping with, traveling with, taking for a "ride" in her bike basket because none of the items of clothing fall off and get lost. All together very good value for money, and something that could end up on your grandkid's bed in college she's so cute.

Don't be fooled. I remember buying these 20 years ago and like everything else they're downsizing.
It measures just over 12" and I fudged.

Our youngest adores Strawberry Shortcake, so it only made sense for her to have a SS doll. This is the very first Strawberry Shortcake thing I have ever known of that does not smell like a strawberry. (This is a good thing for me.) It's a good size doll that seems to be able to take the biggest hugs, and give the biggest smiles!
