Strawberry Shortcake DVD Player with Remote Control

I have already went through two of these DVD players. They work great for about 3 months then suddenly quit working altogether. I've lost two DVDs. One was a disc from a boxed Season set--Not cheap to replace. Not worth the expensive price for 3 months of use. My last one quit working 3 months and 1 week after the purchase date, so Walmart was unwilling to exchange or refund my money.

My daughter got this DVD player for Christmas and by March of the following year, it died. The DVD is stuck inside and we can not get it out. I don't recommend this product. The TV is working great so far.

I bought this for my daughter for her room and it worked for like one day and then wouldn't come back on the disc she had in there wouldn't even come out. It is not worth the money you spend on it. It's very hard to get the disc in you have to push them in and then if it doesn't take then you have to start all over.I don't recommend you spend this amount of money. If had it to do over I wouldn't have got it I was very disappointed with it considering we have the tv,cd player and telephone and they are great.

I too had the DVD player just stop working. My kids never touched it. I put it on and when they fell asleep I turned it off. Then the next day, the TV worked but the DVD player had no power. I took the whole dvd player apart to get the dvd out. There are alot of screws. However, there is two screws that you need a special bit for to unscrew it. You can get the dvd out though. I finally got mine out.

the same exact thing happened to me, now I have a vault disney dvd lost forever, and it was my daughters favorite movie. I even tried to take it apart to get the dvd out, still no success.

DURABLE...PRETTY...USED OFTEN BY MY 6 & 2 1/2 YR OLD GIRLS... WHOS ROOM IS DECORATED IN STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE... THE TV IS ALSO WONDERFUL... WITH A STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE SCREEN SAVER... WORTH THE MONEY.... HARD TO FIND THE TV.... CUTE....CUTE...CUTE...
