This is a cute little bike--with most of the emphasis on "little". Although it is noted nowhere in the Amazon write-up, it is clearly marked on the box that this bike is for 18-36 month-olds. Rating it as a 10" bike is quite the overstatment as the (plastic molded) tires only measure 8 1/2" edge to edge.

I got this for my 2yr old granddaughter, who is a tiny little thing. This bike is just perfect for her. It is the right size for her, and she loves it. Makes her feel like a big girl.
