The bike was purchased for my daughter's 6th birthday. I was very happy that it came only three days after placing the order. I had searched everywhere for this bike and Amazon was the only place I had found it. When my husband put the bike together a few days before my daughter's party we discovered that one of the tire rims was bent and that the tire could not be filled up with air. I tried to contact the company (Rand International) who made the bike and from whom I purchased it(through Amazon).... it took three days and about 15 phone calls to actually reach a human being to speak with. (I can't wait to see my phone bill.) It was extremely frustrating. That was over a week ago and I was told that they would sent out a new tire ASAP. I am still waiting. In the meantime, I have a very disappointed 6 year old.
