This is a great book for children ages 4-8, children who are younger would love it being read to them.

This is the most colorful children's book I've ever seen, and yet it isn't overly busy with color. Each two-page spread has a single picture with a colorful border around it. The text is written into the negative space on the picture itself.

Although the book is for our 5-year-old daughter, our son, 6, spent about an hour looking at the pictures and said, "I wish I knew how to read well enough to read all of this." I replied that I could read it to him, to which he said, "Yeah, but I want to read it over and over right now!"

The stories are as good as any Strawberry Shortcake DVD's, with good moral lessons about friendship, patience, honesty, etc...

And what a great price!

This is 6 stories in one and I'm pleased with the "moral of the story" of each of them. It's a nice size and colorful, etc. My 2 year old daughter loves it and will even more once she understands all the words.

This collection is a must for any Strawberry Shortcake fan. It is really hard to find a variety of Strawberry Shortcake books in England, so I was thrilled to see that this book included quite a few stories. My 3 year old twin girls make me read these stories over and over again and they are all good. We also love "Strawberry Shortcake Goes To School".

My 5 year old has had this book for a couple years now and still requests it at bedtime very often. All the stories are good except I think they missed the mark a little on "Meet Blueberry Muffin". It begins with Blueberry Muffin planning a party and inviting the friends. Strawberry and Orange Blossom cancel their plan to go to Ginger Snaps party so they can get ready for Blueberry Muffin's party. Ginger Snap then feels bad and isn't very friendly at Blueberry's party. She ends up apologizing to everyone for not acting like a good friend. This story drives me crazy because Ginger was the one who got canceled on because someone got a better invitation. Just a little backwards I think. Cute stories otherwise.

Both my Kindergartener and preschooler daugters enjoy this book. I feel it is a good price for a hardback book with multiple stories! Very pleased with this purchase, would recommend if your daughter enjoys books and/or Strawberry Shortcake!

The stories are very sweet featuring the familiar Strawberry Shortcake characters. Each story has a different message, making new friends, sharing, working together, etc. The illustrations are really cute and each story takes about 5-10 minutes to read. A good book to share with little girls age 5-8(?)

When I determined that my daughter has been crazy about Strawberry Shortcake, then we knew that this was the way to go rather than buy separate small booklets. In fact, if you don't have any of the small booklets, then this book is a must. It's a great savings. It's beautifully illustrated on thicker paper.

My four old daughter is a Strawberry Shortcake fan and this book was part of her birthday present. It contains several of the best Strawberry stories, all in one hardcover book. The pages of each story are color coded so that my daughter can easily turn to her favorite and I know how long the story is going to take to read :) The stories are sweet and contain values that I want my little girl to emulate. A great gift for any little Strawberry fan!
