Interesting....Exciting!!!, July 15, 2005

I originally bought this disk for the Stray Cats tunes (which have poor sound quality and add nothing to the compilation). However, the remixes of Elvis' "That's Alright Mama" and Bill Haley's "Rock Around The Clock" are great, as is Little Richard's "Good Golly Miss Molly". But the standout cut is Marilyn Monroe's "Diamonds Are A Girl's Best Friend". I read another review of "Diamonds" that blasted the "jungle beat" but if you're looking for something different with a great beat, you've gotta check this out! Most of the tunes here have supposedly been released before, but if you haven't heard them yet, you're in for a treat!
