My husband and I not dancers. We aren't gymnasts and we aren't performers. But we were asked to do a choreographed lip sync number during an intermission in our friend's magic show. We added two of these streamers to the act and had the audience roaring with laughter. They were very easy to use. They look beautiful and professional even when you have no idea what you are doing.
