I would bet your life on it.
I use these lights every day. I place my life, the lives of my brothers, and the lives of the people we are going in to find on them. The light is bright heavy and works in the heat of battle. You see I am a fire fighter and there is no compromise if the equipment fails people die, simple as that. I have yet to have one of these fail on me. We have sent off a few to...

Nice light, but...
Ok - where do I start. This is a nice light, but it does not have the brightness often associated with the Streamlight brand. The beam is nice, but I kinda expected more from this light. The main function of this light is to be backup lighting in the case of a power outage. Make sure you note this fact and buy accordingly.

I use these lights every day. I place my life, the lives of my brothers, and the lives of the people we are going in to find on them. The light is bright heavy and works in the heat of battle. You see I am a fire fighter and there is no compromise if the equipment fails people die, simple as that. I have yet to have one of these fail on me. We have sent off a few to replace a battery that would not hold a charge anymore but no one remembers when they were purchased.
