An art book that displays the best graf artists working today and their work on the biggest canvas in the world: the streets of NYC. I loved the mix of graf artists shown here, also the pictures of the artists at work. My only complaint: the opening essays are rather brief. I would've liked to seen four or five more essays from national street art critics/artists discussing some of the pieces seen in the book. Why does Shark Toof use violent images? What has Shepard Fairey's popularity done to the movement? How does Invader's technique set him apart from others? The book needed more text -- nothing too long, since this is a book about street art, but a few expository essays would've rocked it.

An interesting collage of street art displays in NYC, nut a lack of description and few shots are of medium quality. But a good looking book to have anyhow, nice colors to the eye
