This is where Capcom hit the pinnacle of fighting games. Street fighter Alpha 3 is okay and has a few more character, but Alpha 2 is when everything was executed just right. with the saturn controller the gameplay was just great. with the saturn being the superior 2d machine, this version easily crushed the playstation version. you won't be disappointed with this game.again if you are looking for a game to add to your saturn collection this is one that should be on any saturn owner's collection.

There are only two other games on my mind that match the perfection of 2D fighting as streetfighter alpha 2 did. marvel vs capcom, streetfighter 3rd strike. The graphics on this game are still beautifule compared to todays consoles such as ps2/xbox/gamecube/dreamcast/xbox360/ps3/wii. sprites are wonderful and gameplay is astonishing. 10/10 i give it on the saturn no othe console.

One of the top Sega Saturn games for the system. One that should be in the collection, especially if you are a Street Fighter series fan. The only thing is, if you are very good at the game, then it is short. Best to play with two players.
