I was with this up until the end. The ending is a bit of a let down. The whole story builds up a conflict between Chun Li, her dad and Sagat. Which is a little strange since there's never been a Chun Li/Sagat conflict before. They also manage to throw in Dan's origin story. It's an ok side-story to their main comics but it's a bit weak. It's better than the Chun Li movie but not great either.

Strongest Women in the World,
This review is from: Street Fighter Legends, Vol. 2: Chun-li (Paperback)
OMG, its Chun-Li <3 she is one of my all time favorite character, and I find this story somewhat fun to read. The art Style is amazing as usual from Udon art, the details it has are just pure awesome. The story could've been better, but I loved the side-kick type story, kept things fresh and the character (Named:Po-lin) made things more interesting between the two where they compete over everything. There is also a side story with Dan and his Father (Go) and some Sagat fighting moments which I found to be interesting on how he lost his eye (i also thought it was Ryu who did that lol) A must pick for the fans, Very fun read.

After reading Street Fighter Legends: Sakura, I was excited to see a story on Chun-Li. It shows how Chun-Li became a cop in the first place. You also get to see Chun-Li work with a hot-headed partner, her father being involved in everything, and also find out how Sagat got his eyepatch. THis is a nice back story of one of the most famous female fighters in Capcom. Chun-Li and Street Fighter fans will enjoy this book with no problems.

A must have if your a fan of the Street Fighter games and comics. While not essential to the story the Legends volumes are a great way to get some extra insight and info into various characters. This volume was highly entertaining, enjoyable and wrapped up a number of loose ends and twists from the main story. Highly recommended for the great story and awsome art.
