Ms. Risdahl's work is a superb guide for anyone new to eCommerce; in particular her experience and helpful examples shows with this treatment of a complex subject.
If you're like me, i.e. a newbie to this subject, please take the time to read this book before embarking on your eCommerce project. The only change I would make is to add a CD or accompanying website to include the sample correspondence & URLs.
