I have been using this supplement for about a month. I take three a day, one thirty minutes before each meal. I am eating much smaller portions, leaving leftovers I never left before! If the positive results continue (lost eighteen pounds), I will definitely reorder.

This is the fourth or fifth appetite suppresent I've tried and it's by far the best. I have no cravings, it takes much less food to make me "full" or done eating, and it doesn't make you feel like your mind is racing 100 miles a minute like the last one I tried. I've been taking it for about four days now and have lost two pounds withou having to exert myself with an hour of aerobics every day. That doesn't mean you can sit and do nothing though, just moderate activity and typical house cleaning helps keep it working. Definitely try this. Price isn't bad either! This is a good product to use a supplement for with other things you are doing with fitness, losing weight, and boosting energy. I have noticed since taking these for a few months that there is an elevated energy level with no kind of "crash" at the end of the day. I have also noticed that my appetite is suppressed more when taking these as well. I will generally take two pills a day and they do me well. I would highly recommend this product if you are looking to get a little more lean and pick up some energy. Don't take these (or any) pills for weight loss and not do anything else expecting to see some results continuing with the same eating habits, especially if you aren't doing any kind of workout regimen. They will definitely help, but won't do the work for you.

This is my first ever review and I have bought many products though Amazon. Acai Extreme is the best natural weight loss suupplement. Its appetite suppresssant component really works. I've been using it for almost two weeks. I'm a junk food and candy fiend and haven't had any since using this supplement. I used to have ice cream almost everyday and so far I haven't had any. That in itself is wonderful if not miraculous. I have energy to workout in the evenings when I come home late from work. Love this! Don't have any doubts and buy this.
