While I realize the publisher can't allow too many preview pages to be available, what they did allow has me inclined NOT to buy the book. I was very interested in this book until I looked at the "Search inside" section, which shows a few stretches that are basic yoga stretches that most people already know. If I'm going to spend $29 for a book with only 124 pages, the publisher needs to somehow convince that this book has new and useful information and A LOT of content on the other 120 pages to prove this book is worth my money. The four pages I was able to preview have left me very skeptical. Please convince me otherwise! The idea of this book is great and I would love a resource like this.
