Tums Assorted Berry Flavors are sweet and tasty.They are a great source of calcium and a great easy way of getting it, deliciously. They work very well reducing acid, of course and I'm very pleased with this particular flavored variety.

A lot of people hate the chalky taste, but I rather enjoy it. I switched to Prilosec OTC for a while, but eventually came back to Tums. They seem to work just as well, have a great taste, and I feel like it's a more "natural" solution than the acid inhibitor Prilosec is. Might as well stick with what works for me.

they are hard not chewy like equate brand equivalent which i found dissapointing. says they expire in 2016, so i know they very fresh, but they are way to hard. my teeth are strong and i still have to use my molars to crack them up.
