Great for back and hamstring workout. Not as sturdy as should be, wobbles a little. Gripper pads came off within days of use. Overall still a great workout accessary.

This is a great product. It does an excellent job for the money. There are definitely products out there that may be of greater quality, but not in this price range. It is stable and works great for the hyperextensions and oblique crunches. I am very pleased with my purchase.
