These posters reflect the excellent attention to detail as the book, Strength Training Anatomy Book. As a high school teacher, the book frees me to instruct while students search for specific exercises. These posters go a step further in reaching a larger number of students as they can be displayed on the board. The detail of muscle group, proper lifting techniques, and how NOT to lift are ideal. A MUST for education of the masses and individual!

Delivered before the estimated date and the merchandise was packed thoroughly. The posters are artistic and informative and I would strongly recommend them to everybody working with training and physiology aswell as the average joe who wants to create an effective training program.

These posters are Great, exactly what I was lookng for. They show different lifting excersizes and the muscles that you are working while doing each lift. Now my son does'nt have to ask me which excersize works each muscle, he can just look at the posters.

These posters are great. They are printed on a high quality and durable plastic film/media. They arrived in a well protected roll, so no creases or folds to deal with. The artwork is very nice and the overall value of these is terrific if you are looking for exercise posters.
