Ettedgui (University of Rochester Physics Ph.D. 1995, M.A. 1992) is an Associate physical scientist at Rand. Anders W. Hove (Master of Science in Political Science, June 1998, Massachusetts Institute of Technology) is a Research assistant at Rand.
