Glad I bought new copy, because it contains a scratch-off code for taking the on-line Strength Finder survey, which would cost as much as the book if bought separately. Delivered on time.

I consider this book one of the best written and useful books in recent years for managers who are trying to create a truly empowered workforce as well as bring their own game up to the next level.
From a practical standpoint when I was dealing with mercury poisoning, I hit a low point in my life. This book reminded me of where I was strong again, I got back to that space and powered out of the situation, quick smart. Any leader worth his/her salt should really study what this book has to say, it has some very interesting and valuable insights in managing and leading others, in fact I would go as far as to say "priceless".
