A better title for this DVD would be: "Relaxing Massage to Banish Stress." It really is more about massaging the entire body than how to find stress relief from using essential oils. Lynn Sawyer does demonstrate how to give back, leg, face, head and shoulder massage. She also gives a brief history of essential oils which is entertaining. She also mentioned peach oil which I'd never heard of as a carrier oil. One thing she said is that essential oils don't last very long. But I find they last years and years as long as I don't mix them together or in other oils. There was a good recipe that I wrote down that included lavender, geranium and sandalwood. Not a combination I would have thought up on my own. Now I just need to get the geranium essential oil. So if you think this DVD is going to be mostly about how to dissolve stress with essential oils you might be disappointed. It is really mostly about the history of essential oils, how to blend essential oils and how to use them in massage.
