This is a great reference book on how to de-stress throughout your day. I thought the book was especially unique because in addition to offering practical de-stress tips, Ruth Klein offers ways to make the process more personally fulfilling. She also includes daily aspirations to help people focus on the positive things in life and holistic fixes like stress-relieving yoga and aromatherapy techniques.
To book does a great job covering a wide variety of topics and giving several solutions that can be easily incorporated into your life. I think it is a great starting guide on making life more enjoyable and relaxing especially since busy people (like myself) can open the book to any chapter and get several great tips without having to read 20 pages.
In my opinion, reading this book is like having a buffet rather than a dinner. It's got a great assortment of practical tips you can implement rather than an in-depth discussion of one narrow topic. However, I enjoyed this book so much that I hope the author goes into more detail on destressing family life like she did with destressing work-life balance in "Time Management Secrets for Working Women" (also a great read for us busy women). I would love to hear more about what she has to say!

Life for me is very much a work in progress. It's one in which I find the necessity to seek out life tools in order to find a sense of balance between my personal life and my professional one. My main source for this is Ruth Klein's "the de-stress diva's guide to life", which has provided me with much insight in how to define the delicate balance which will allow me to be more efficient and effective in my daily life.
