This is a great video! Relax...Energize...strengthen and start enjoying the stress free living today! The Tai-Chi routines in this program are very easy to learn and you can proceed at your own pace. These beginning and intermediate movements are taught by the well-known master, Shishir Incolla of Wu Tan San. Young or old, strong or weak, everyone can benefit from Tai-Chi.

Shows 3 forms, but not an instructional video, August 30, 2001

This is a well-made video on Taichi and provides an excellent demonstration of 3 forms of Taichi, including the Yang long form and the Wu short form which are marvelous to behold. However, no one should expect to learn taichi from this video. It does have a section on warm-up exercises, a section on foot and arm movements, but there is not any attempt to name the various steps in , say, the Yang Long Form, much less provide instructions on learning the forms.

Master Shishir Inocalla is Great!, March 17, 2005

In this video Master Shishir Inocalla helps develop self-confidence & self-discipline while strengthening the body and mind. Allan Shishir Inocalla is a Master instructor with over 30 years Martial arts experience in the hard and soft systems. He is the founder of "Holistic"/Mix martial arts System and has over 30 Films and TV shows to his credit and is an excellent instructor in this video. He shows each position slowly so beginners can learn correctly without injury.
I have been using this video each morning for over three weeks now and have lost weight and now my 78 year old mother joins me each morning to do the Tai Chi exercises.
It has increased our energy tenfold! And I recomend this one for anyone going through a hard time at home because it really is a great de-stresser! My body feels leaner and stronger and looks like I have been doing aerobics without all of the useless expensive exercise crap to buy!
Truly Enlightened over this one!
