For anyone who is stressed out, you should give this book a try. I received this as a gift from my sister and just knowing that I had a tool to help me with my stress was enough to soothe me. Many people may suffer from stress and not realize it. You may think that you're just moody or ill-tempered or that your personality is just explosive. This may not be true at all. You may just be over stressed like I was and that was playing a role in your mood and personality. For anyone with questions about this, I'd recommend this book.

after reading this book i have learn a few ways to make my self less stressed and how to relax. It seems to be helping with my over all mood lately. Stress will never go away all together but atleast no i can control it

It's pretty much everything you've heard already but it kind of calls you out on your own bs... it's pretty short though and doesn't give you many tips it just tells you how you get stress and why you shouldn't get stress.
