Very good product.
Simple and effective- instructions are direct and I feel relaxed after I follow.
The voice and background music is soothing and doesnt distract me. Good value too.

I beleive this is an efficient approach to our daily stress minimizing. I applaud the healing and relaxing effect they've achieved.
