This is a great book if you just want to get something that's direct and to-the-point. It's not a long book at all and reading it almost seems as if you are asking a very well-versed friend for some advice on how to feel better about your life. There are 31 "secrets" (some may be obvious to you but read through anyway, you may find a point that you haven't thought of). With each "secret", there is an explanation, a set of "practical action steps", and finally Affirmations. It's really easy to follow.

After going through this book, you may wish to expand your knowledge a bit through other resources. "Having it All" by John Assaraf is a wonderful addition and is actually a relatively easy read. Dr. Demartini has other books out too, several of which are highly rated but I admittedly haven't read them yet (I have a couple in my queue and I will review them after I have read them).

I saw Dr. Demartini speak in Hawaii in August 2009 and it was amazing. What I love about this book is if you would like to make positive changes in your life, but don't have the time or energy to ready an entire book, this book makes it easy. Everything is broken up pretty simply, with something to focus on each day. In the world we live in today, people have more stress then ever before. Learning to take this stress and change it to our advantage, can honestly change your life. Enjoy!

This book's got just the changes you want to make and no more.

If you are into practical change and habit formation, this is the one to look at for suggestions.

I recommend giving all 31 of his suggestions a one week trial, and see if you don't feel remarkable.
