I have to constantly sit at my desk and work on 2 pcs at once, giving me pains and muscle pinch nerves everywhere. the way this DVD is made, I can target a specific part and work on that and not have to watch the whole DVD or skip to the right part.after a few days only I have had vast improvements in ability to sit longer and not pinch a nerve. |
