We purchased this video for a health fair at work. We wanted to demonstrate stretching to other employees and spare ourselves the chore of doing them ourselves over and over again for an entire day. I did a lot of searching prior to coming across this DVD, and it met our main criteria: cheap. Other videos marketed towards company ergonomics were at least $100 more. The computer animation is more watchable than you would guess. My only complaint is that you can't simply push play once and watch it from start to finish.
