This book will help chronic pain patients such as those with Interstitial Cystitis (IC), Fibromyalgia (FMS) and Arthritis, as well as individuals needing pain relief and muscle reshaping.

About the Author

Gaye Grissom Sandler has a background in Alternative Health Care and Aston-Patterning movement and muscle re-education. In 1985, Gaye and Merrilee Kullman R.P.T. worked together at Prytania Physical Therapy in New Orleans where they wrote the first edition of Stretch Into A Better Shape. Gaye and Andrew Sandler, her husband, are the authors of Patient to Patient; Managing Interstitial Cystitis and Overlapping Conditions. Merrilee Kullman is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma Physical Therapy School. Merrilee began her practice specializing in acute care. She later switched to Sports Medicine, and in 1985 supervised Prytania Physical Therapy in New Orleans where she worked with Gaye Grissom Sandler. Merrilee and Gaye published the first edition of Stretch Into A Better Shape in 1990.

I have a bad bladder disease that limits my exercise. this book was very helpful and easy to follow.
