This is without a doubt the worst product that I have every ordered online
It cost fifty seven dollars Canadian currency of which twenty five dollars was delivery.

It is made from cheap Chinese plastic and broke the first day
The plastic housing where the bolt goes in snapped off

I discarded the receipt so I have not tried contacting As seen on Tv personal

I would not recommend this product, It came with no instructions,is poorly made and was probably produced for about two dollars.

I have chronic back pain and my pain must have impaired my judgement
In the future I will purchase only from stores where I can actualy see and feel the product

A few minutes every night on the stretch mate really has stopped my back pain. I had mid back pain whenever I had to do much walking, standing or carrying my 25# granddaughter around. I place a towel over the stretcher and it feels so good, I could fall asleep on it, but the directions say not to do that. Now I'm just using it 3-4 times a week or when I have pain. I was dubious about it at first, but the science behind it made sense to me. I am just so happy to have found something so simple (and inexpensive) to relieve my back pain without going to doctors, taking a bunch of medicines and spending a fortune. Thanks StretchMate for a wonderful product.

I bought one of these for my husband who suffers from chronic back pain as a result of, well we aren't entirely sure at this point. Anyways while it hasn't seemed to do a whole lot to ease the chronic part of the pain (but to be fair he isn't exactly using it religiously), it definitely feels great when you're using it. It not only stretches out your back in a way that just feels phenomenal but sometimes when doing the stretching it can help achieve a much needed back crack/pop. Anyways for $30 I say it's well worth it.

It may look like a medieval torture contraption once you are holding it for the first time, however, it really isn't that bad. I must admit that it is made out of a very hard plastic material and can be painful at first but once you relax on it, it feels pretty good. The main key here is having patience because it takes a bit of time to get used to it but your back will feel better afterwards. Even my father (who is in his 70's) has felt an improvement. If it is extremely uncomfortable then try using a thin or soft pillow as a cushion between you and the back stretcher.

I bought this because I wanted to stretch out my back because I saw my x-rays at the chiropractor and I had some problems in my mid back and a twisted pelvis. I love laying on this because I can feel the difference when I use it. I think it has helped me with my back issues. I never had back pain, but I did have leg pain and I found out it could have come from pinched nerves in my back. All I know is that I feel better when I use it:)

Again, a nice addition to my back brace. After a long day's work it is nice to massage my back with this wonderful gadget. It helps me realign my back.

We've purchased 3 different back stretchers, including the Spine-Worx! In our opinion, this is the best ever. Long enough to cover your entire spine, wide enough to provide stability (you won't fall to either side) Rigid & textured gently to work muscles between and along the spine. This is the best of three we've tried and I think the only choice if you've had a couple of back surgeries, like me.

works great stretching out the back. but it's very hard and uncomfortable. i would suggest laying a blanket or something soft over it first then laying on it.

I go to chiropractors frequently, get adjusted on a regular basis, figured this would be a good way to maintain alignment in between visits. WRONG! This back stretcher does not adjust/expand/contract at all... so if it's not the EXACT shape of your back (length & arch) it's good for nothing! :( very disappointed. & on top of it, i'm now having to deal with the seller who's giving me a difficult time regarding the return...

When I saw the photo of the product I thought the blue portion would be more giving. Some kind of plyable material since I was laying my weight on it. Nope... It was hard plastic and even in the 1 page "instructions" it suggests I use a towel if it's uncomfortable...duh!
