This oldie but very goodie is Jane at her best (see below qualification). The first part of the program is a 22-minute, carefully planned, well-timed series of stretches that will leave you feeling both physically and psychologically ready for anything. The following 14 minutes is a quite traditional and still effective relaxation session that will leave you physically and psychologically ready for bed! The problem is in the audio...her lovely, encouraging voice is almost masked by the music. But, as soon as you master the routine, you'll not need her instructions and you can just imagine she is somewhere in the room keeping you company. I have used this program for years and never found one better for my body.
