Years ago Jack La Lane had a ruberized rope with handles called the Glamour Stretcher. If you are too young to remember that...this item is a great improvement on that idea. If you use those stretchey therabands from therapy or superstores for classes....you will love the advantage of this product. It is very strong, has handles and won't snap up and break-a-way. That hurts!Not only is this safe and convenient but it comes with a DVD to aquaint you with this exercise aid. It is designed for all age groups.Highly recommend.
