Save your money! This tape offers very little help to those looking for guidance on how to start and sustain a stretching routine. For those experienced in stretching, it probably would be too elementary yet a lack of instruction would indicate it's not designed for beginners. The instructor demonstrates the stretches by doing them, but provides limited verbal instruction about the do's and don'ts of proper stretching, how long to hold a stretch and why. She also often fails to explain which muscle or muscle groups are being stretched by a particular position. Without information about which muscles a stretch is targeting, you can't easily use adapt you learn to customize a stretching routine to fit your body's needs and your time. At an hour long, this tape is impractical for many people. I can't imagine using it routinely for stretching sessions as I use my yoga or other excercise videos. I watched it once and will never view it again.

I really enjoy the professionalism and upbeat tone of The Firm videos. I wanted a video that would just focus on stretching, and this does that, but it is visually weak,like they quickly threw a set together, auditorially unexciting and Jean is uninspiring. Pretty disappointed with this video.

A waste of $$$,

....All I can say is that this video was a huge disappointment. ....The leader of the video is one of those ultra flexible contortionists who can practically tie herself in a knot without losing a breath. After trying to follow her my joints were in pain the next day. All I can say is...buy yourself one or two really good yoga tapes! I recommend "The Joy of Yoga" and "Yogasculpt". ...
