As a small business owner, I found this book an excellent reference tool. The information is clearly presented and easy to understand. At the end of a chapter the main points are reviewed; perfect for a quick reference. The delivery style is similar to a question and answer . It seemed as though the authors knew what I wanted to know, and provided well researched, informative answers. I would recommend that everyone considering starting or new to the business world get this book.
