All you have to do is look at this picture for 2 seconds and you know what you are buying. If you want to mount a guitar on your wall, this is your mount. The thing that is great about this is that you can adjust your guitar from near 90 degrees up and down to 180 degrees flat. If your mounting into a stud, 4 wood screws are what you need, if it's into drywall I would recomend toggle bolts to get the best grip. I have a Les Paul Custom on mine and at nearly 11 lbs, heavy for a guitar, this mount doesn't even budge. Highly recomended!

Does what I ask of it. No problems to report. It has a softened covering over metal to prevent scratches to your instrument, which is appreciated.

As of this review, I have my 1985 Peavey Razer hanging on my wall. If you don't understand the problems that presents given the title, you haven't seen the Razer. For a rounded body on a guitar, I'm sure this guitar hanger works wonderfully, and holds the guitar parallel to the wall. for my Razer, it hangs slightly crooked, tilted towards the wall at the top. Not that there's anything wrong with that, as it presents the guitar with a nice lighting from the lamp over it. For display and convenience, I'm rating this as a 5 star. For the description as a hanger for "Narrow Bodied Instruments", they probably mean the older Hollow-bodied Les Pauls and the like, not outright electric guitars like a Strat or my Razer. On the description, I'm gonna have to go with a 3/5. As I can't rate this twice, I figure that I may as well rate the product, not the description.
