Another Brilliant CD by Android Lust,
By
This review is from: Stripped & Stitched (Audio CD)
Like the previous remix cd, Evolution, by Android Lust - this is a beautiful collaboration of new music and remixed songs by Shikhee. The acoustic songs are very nice relaxing songs and there are also the harder more gothic-industrial songs that accent this album. It is a must have for Android lust fans. Most of the remixes come from songs from the album: the Dividing, whereas one comes from Resolution and a few from the single: the Want. I would recommend this CD to anyone who is first exploring Android Lust.

Great collection of remixes and acoustic tracks,
This review is from: Stripped & Stitched (Audio CD)
Stripped & Stitched is a collection of remixes and acoustic tracks from Android Lust. I recently picked up a copy earlier this week because I have fallen in love with the acoustic version of "Refuse" which I discovered through youtube. The remixes are very good. As good as the remixes are, I think the real gems are "Drown", "Sin", "Refuse" and "Burn". I really like Shikhee's vocals in particular on "Sin" and "Refuse". I always enjoy hearing her sing, not that I don't enjoy her shriek or scream on the harder tracks. I definitely recommend Stripped & Stitched for any Android Lust fan. The acoustic tracks alone makes it worth the purchase.

This review is from: Stripped & Stitched (Audio CD)
This CD features remixes of several songs, such as "Stained", and each one is wonderful. "Stained (Winter)" and "Refuse (Acoustic)" are absolutely beautiful and haunting. There is a tad of industrial, lots of melodic haunting vocals, electronica and house elements. All in all, a well-balanced CD that I think almost anyone can enjoy.
