I did not use this product on bikini area or armpit area yet, however, I did use it on my upper lip. At first, it seemed to work okay. I liked how easy the strips were to use. I followed the directions exactly, using ice afterward and then the oil. I missed a couple of spots the first time, so I waited 2 days and went over the missed spots again. Then, a couple more days later and now a little over a week later, I have about 5 little red bumps appearing. I do believe these are hairs trying to grow back. I've been using the oil provided daily, which was supposed to prevent this. I will not be using on my lip again.
