I just listen to Andrew Strong and all I can say is I loved it!(...) Alot.His voice is amazing and the CD had a good selection of music to show it off.I went to his web site and found out that he has 3 more CD'S available to buy. I'd buy all 3 CD'S.It's a REAL shame that Andrew has had no air play on any radio stations.Anyone who has seen the movie (The Commitments)this CD is a must.I guess you could tell I highly recomend this disk.

After seeing the Commitments, I fell in love with his voice, if not his character. Bought this CD a few weeks ago and haven't stopped playing it since. Very mature sound, although he is still quite young. Don't understand why he's not better known...

I love "The Motown Sound". "The Commitments" is one of my top ten movies of all time and I consider it be as close to perfect as a movie can be. I watch it at least once every six months. The two "Commitments" records are two of my favorites and I think that their covers are often better than the originals. Strong has a terrific voice, and did "The Commitments" when he was 16, I believe. But EVERYONE on "The Commitments" was great. This album has only ten cuts and two are of the same song, only one a longer version. I love EVERY ONE of "The Commitments" cuts and have downloaded them to my "Best Songs" collection. None of these makes the cut and only one is memorable. I would strongly advise listening to the CD before buying.

I had the wonderful privilege of seeing Andrew Strong live in southern California a couple of months ago, and he put on an absolutely amazing show. He has one of the most amazing voices I have ever heard. It is so soulful, and so powerful. This album is great, and the songs he has put on here fit his voice perfectly. He has a great gift, and I would highly recommend this CD, or any of his CDs, for that matter. I love the sounds of this Irishman!

I bought this cd on the basis of Andrew Strong's performance in "The Commitments". I was certainly not disappointed! His song choices reflect the same kind of material from the film and he performs them very well. This is a terrific adjunct to the soundtrack(s) from the film.

If you are an Andrew Strong fan, this CD is for you. The man's voice rocks my world.

After watching The Commitments, a movie, and hearing Andrew Strong's voice, I bought all two CD's available in the U.S. With this purchase of his third CD I was extremely pleased. Most of the songs were NOT on his other two CD's and for that I am grateful. I love his voice. I wish he would perform in the US.
