Not what I expected,

If you are into old movies, then I guess this is the book for you. I was looking more into what type of routine or routines Joe used to stay fit. There was a pictorial workout using bodyweight only,at almost the back pages and the problem was that the print that explained the photos was so small that was hard to read.
