I am taking a graduate course in composite structures. Our textbook, written by the professor, includes almost no examples and the text struggles to tie the mathematical concepts together in a practical way. In preparation for my exam, I utilized this book by Tuttle. In contrast to our assigned text, it seems to flow in a much more intuitive way. There are numerous example problems which help clarify your understanding of the concepts. I would recommend this book as a reference for professionals and as a supplement to introductory composites coursework.
