These were horrible and fell apart the first day of wearing them.

This a public service comment to protect consumers from purchasing counterfeit Strutz products.

The stitching is very uneven and the elastic band is a cheap, hard fabric.

I was skeptical about these arch supports but got a pair anyway. I have very high arches and am starting to get foot pain as I get older, despite having taken decent care of my feet. This product is a godsend! It not only pulls the arch up, it gives a sweet cushion to support the arch from underneath. They are perfect for walking barefoot. They are fine inside a shoe also, except that if your shoe already has an arch support built in and you can't remove it, this product may not be okay in that case. It works wonderfully for flip flops, which never come with good arch support, and most arch products can't be used in an open shoe. I've been searching for months trying all kinds of things to help my feet, and this is by far the best I've found -- better than the $300 custom orthotics, which are good, but can't be used barefoot or with flip flops, only in certain types of closed shoes. Note: these only come in ONE SIZE. I wear a womens' size seven. It is possible that if your feet are very large, very wide or if you are swollen/overweight, these might not be comfortable because the band is elastic. My husband with size 12.5 feet thinks they are fine, but he's slender.

Jury is still out on this product. Sure, my foot feels somewhat better, but foam cushion has already started to flatten out with only 2 days use. Not sure if it is going to last for the long haul.

I received these 2 days ago and have worn them barefoot and with flip flops. I have been working on a home project where I have been on my feet the entire time and my feet have not hurt! I even wore them at night. I have planters facitis and a morton's neuroma, so these helped with the plantars.
I have big feet (Sz 10) and am overweight, the elastic has not hurt and I quickly forgot I even had them on.
The only drawback I don't see listed in the information is the package recommends replacement every 60-90 days.

Do not waste your money. Back in October I started walking daily and my heal was really giving me problems. I bought these hoping it would fix the problem but they really hurt my feet. Wearing them with shoes they hurt my feet tremendously and wearing them barefoot around the house the piece does not stay in position. I had to keep pulling the piece back as it kept sliding up and down my foot. I called Amazon and they put me through to a customer service agent from Strutz Sole and the lady was rude to say the least and difficult to work with on the problem. While she tried to dismiss the Amazon Customer Service Agent from the conversation Amazon really stuck by me, his customer, and insisted on remaining for the whole conversation and really made me feel like he was there to protect me. I love Amazon - they really do stand by their customers. For any of you that have heal problems, I went to CVS Pharmacy and stood on one of those Dr. Scholl's machines. It was really neat - the machine looks at the shape of the bottom of your foot and can tell you which of their products would best suit your needs - That Dr. Scholls's insert was $50 but it cut down the pain tremendously, probably 95%. Well worth the money - If you don't have a CVS nearby, check out the dr. Scholls website and maybe they can tell you where you can find one of the machines in your area and it's free to use the machine. As for Amazon - they are the best and I am definitely a lifelong customer and will continue to support them.

They wear out -really- fast. The pressure of walking's more than the cloth, elastic, & foam, cheaply stitched together, can take for more than few weeks. Look into some of the single-piece hard rubber orthotics; they last for years.

This item states that "one size fits all'. It is my fault that I ordered a foot brace that fits all sizes, when I have very, very narrow feet. Of course, it didn't fit me. However, I found the cushion to be so high that it interfered with my confidence and my balance. My thought is: that bulky cushion would be a problem to many people.

These are seriously worthless; at least that is how I feel and my husband also. I bought two pairs so we could both have a pair. Since then my husband teases me all the time about buying them.

They have the ultra "made in china" feel to them- I mean I can see and feel glue from where the pad has been glued on. There are sticky spots. The cushion is super bulky too. You have to loosen your laces big time for your feet to fit in your shoes. Not only that, they hurt my feet more than just being barefoot or walking in my shoes.

They advertise as being discreet and being able to wear them with flip-flops, but they are so NOT discreet. I mean if you don't completely care what you look like then they are fine.

We now wear them sometimes around the house as a joke and to remind us of the definition of a stupid purchase and waste of money... ya win some ya lose some.

FYI- I purchased them because I have plantar fasciitis in both feet from athletics and my husband gets achy feet from being on his feet a lot.

Amazing that something so simple can help so much. These have helped relieve the pain from combinedz PF and heel spur.
