My girlfriend bought one of these for me as a Christmas gift, and I absolutely love it! My only complaints about the item are that, as stated in other reviews, it's shorter than a standard stick-incense burner, so you will probably have to break your incense sticks at the stem in order to get them to fit. I actually have to cut or break the stem off with only enough to fit in the hole (giggity), AND cut off about half an inch to a full inch from the end before the stick fits inside the dragon's mouth (again, giggity.) And even then it is a tight fit (you see where I'm going with this. I'll stop now.) My other complaint would be that the airflow is not great, so the incense will not always stay lit. I've had to re-light the same stick up to four or five times to get it to burn all the way down.
Another detail which I don't consider a con, but should still be noted is that the smoke doesn't really come out of the dragon's nostrils. At least it doesn't come out of mine's nostrils. In fact the nostrils do not appear to have any holes drilled for the smoke to exit from. Instead, there are three holes drilled into the top of the snout and there is some space between the teeth for air to flow through. The smoke will also come out between the teeth sometimes, and that just looks awesome, but it's still not exactly as described.
That being said, it's still a very awesome incense burner, and I highly recommend it to anybody who loves dragons. Even if you don't like burning incense, you can use it as a small jewelry box or something. There isn't a lot of room, but there's enough for small items such as earrings, or maybe a necklace or two.
Do be careful, as the material IS breakable--one of the teeth broke off during transit, but my girlfriend was able to glue it back on with no problem. I didn't even notice it until she pointed it out to me!
