This book is for anyone who's ever taken a "detour" from christianity -- who may have been growing spiritually and doing well for a while, but at some point stopped heeding God's call on his or her life. Each chapter lays out a principle -- including why we might not want to listen to God, why we might be afraid of returning to the fold, what it means when we do. He gives, of course, the story of the Prodigal son, as an example -- but he uses many others as well. It's interesting to know how many people in the Bible were initially reluctant to listen to God, how many hesitated and why we should learn from them.

I did not know this book was very thin but I am very satisfied with the delivery and the product condition.
Charles Stanley is a great author/pastor so I recommend this book to everyone :)

This is a truly inspirational book, as most of Dr. Stanley's books are. You can't go wrong.

The quality of the book is not consistent as what was told, e.g. the book was worn out, but it was mentioned in the sales as a good quality. If I knew it was torn out, I would not purchase it.
