This book is so helpful, i'm a studet studying psychology, and I'm doing a paper on aggression in our school system. I found this book to be helpful in empowering youth to modify their own anger. This book is a good tool for parents of teenagers, teachers, youth pastors, anyone that has contact with young adults.When we as adults adopt the skills of training our youth to be responsible for their own actions we ALL WIN! Wonderful Book!
