2.0 out of 5 stars Could be Better, February 8, 2002
By A Customer
This review is from: Student Leadership Training Manual for Youth Workers, The (Paperback)
I think that overall the book was ok. If you are just starting out, need a detailed plan, or have a large group this book may help you. If you have a small group or if you're trying to go deeper with your youth leaders then this book would be a better reference book then a "game plan". In short, it only skims the top of what leadership is. I feel it doesn't allow you to totally cultivate and tap-in-to the full leadership potential of your youth leaders.
