I opted to purchase this textbook new, as opposed to used, because of the guaranteed delivery date. My class was starting within a few days, and since I tend to put everything off until the last minute, I needed an exact date of delivery. Sure enough, the book arrived when promised, as well as, in the condition promised!! This was my first time using Amazom.com, so I was a little hesitant. But from now on, I will always buy my textbooks via Amazon.com.

I bought the workbook, because I needed it to retake the course after becoming ill and having to drop the class. I find the book very useful as it gives you the general page number in which to find the answers.
