Some textbooks can be really hard to follow and aren't put together very well. This is one of the few out there that's well thought out, easy to understand, and gives lots and lots of useful examples that make topics clearer and clearer as you go along. It helped a lot to have a good textbook in class.

This textbook was helpful and clear. I was able to use this book effectively in my coursework even when I missed lecture.

This book really helped me a lot in my success in passing math. I would recommend this book.

nice modern cover, but the examples are not explcit enough, dont get this unless you're great at math, i had to because my instructor assigned it.

Buying this book saved me over half of the new purchase price ($165.00) at my college bookstore. This book was in excellent condition for being used. Anyone taking college courses that requires textbooks should look at [...] Bigwords guided me through which books were available and what condition I wanted and if I wanted to rent my books or buy them outright. I recommend bigwords. Dont rent - buy your books outright and resell them at the end of each semester! Purchase decent quality books from sellers who have good recent feedback. Amazon.com is one of the places that [...] automatically found for me. This purchased helped me save a few more dollars and at a time like now, every dollar saved counts.

Good product, exceptionally quick delivery time, flawless transaction! Only problem is there were a couple of detached pages, which was not mentioned in the description. However, I got this problem sorted out with a little glue. The price made it worthwhile. Overall, the cover was in pretty good shape and all the pages were neat.
