5.0 out of 5 stars Pocket Mentor
For individuals still in school, the guides offer a sort of compass, enabling them to navigate even the most treacherous curriculum and locate those courses that promise better sailing. For more independent and lifelong learners (whether in school or not), they offer overviews of significant fields of study and suggest suitable readings.

It's a great pleasure...

1.0 out of 5 stars Radical right-wing publisher
This book is published by a radical right-wing organization with a specific political agenda. You can visit their website and look over their long list of trustees, if you don't believe me. They are largely funded by radical right-wingers like Richard Mellon Scaife and the Olin Foundation.

This review is from: Students Guide To The Study Of Law (Guides To Major Disciplines) (Paperback)
For individuals still in school, the guides offer a sort of compass, enabling them to navigate even the most treacherous curriculum and locate those courses that promise better sailing. For more independent and lifelong learners (whether in school or not), they offer overviews of significant fields of study and suggest suitable readings.

It's a great pleasure to observe the way in which powerful and acclaimed minds craft elementary discourses, bringing what they do and why they do it within the ken of the average eighteen-year-old.

Additionally, the production quality is high, the books attractive.
