A useful text for organic lab,

Some understand the theory behind organic chemistry reactions & can do them well on paper but get overwhelmed (like me) in the lab. This book was extremely helpful in the fact that it actually shows you how to do operations in the lab instead of assuming you know what you are doing (which o-chem lab students seldom do). Even better for instructors is that both microscale & standard scale are covered so both can be used.
