I stumbled across the music video of this one day whilst flicking through the music channels. When I first realised it was a remake of Beat It, I was sickened and thought "Not another travesty like Alien Ant Farms Smooth Criminal".

Being a fan of Fall Out Boy I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt, thus coming to realise that this song is actually pretty good. The vocals of singer Patrick Stump are what make this song a Fall Out Boy original. Sure it's a redoing of a Jackson classic, but there's no harm in taking those lyrics and making the song their own. That's what Fall Out Boy have done, they've created a genuinely cool rock song with some excellent vocals.

Personally, I like this better than Michael Jackson's version. Just my preference. And John Mayer is supposed to be doing the lead. It rocks.

This is a great remake of a classic MJ song. I think it is great for lifting or cardio.

This actually sounds more like Weird Al's parady of the song called "Eat It"
Vocals are ok though
